Children & Youth (Ages 12–26)
Add up to 3 children to your Sol Complete plan. Children are not eligible for Sol Elite. A solo youth enrolling without an adult pays the Sol Complete rate.

Do you accept insurance?
No — and that's intentional. The insurance-based system has left Black women behind. At Sol, we work directly for our patients with transparent, flat-rate membership pricing and absolutely no surprise bills.
Do I need a membership to be seen?
No. New patients start with a VIP Physical at $399 — no membership required. If you love the Sol experience, we'll discuss membership options at your visit.
What is the minimum commitment?
All memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment. A $399 re-enrollment fee per household applies if you leave and wish to re-join at a later date.
Can my child join without an adult?
Yes. A youth (ages 12–26) enrolling without an adult will pay the Sol Complete individual rate of $175/month. Children cannot be added to the Sol Elite plan.
Do I still need health insurance?
We recommend maintaining insurance for emergencies, specialists, and hospitalizations. A Sol membership covers up to 90% of your primary care needs, but catastrophic events can happen to anyone.
Do you see men?
Yes! While our focus is Black women's health, Sol welcomes all patients regardless of race, gender, or background — including men. Anyone who aligns with our mission of personalized, unhurried care is welcome. We see patients ages 12 and up.
